Refund Policy

Kreative Announcements Yard Card will refund your money in full if you cancel your rental at least 24 hours in advance or if weather conditions
prevent us from setting up (our first priority would be to reschedule if possible). Delivery and pickup hours can range from dusk (aprox 9:00pm to 2:00am)
We are unable to refund payment if:

You give us less than 24 hours cancellation notice
You give us an incorrect address or no address is posted on the house ( we want to make sure the correct house gets the dipslay).
The homeowner, business owner or security officer prevents us from setting up
The homeowner, business owner or security officer asks us to pickup the display before the end of the rental period is up
Dogs are loose and prevent us from entering the yard
There is no grassy area and we are unable to physically set-up display (we must have grass, signs cannot be set-up on parking lots, driveways or concrete)

Do you deliver in bad weather?

We deliver in most weather conditions. However, we do reserve the right to cancel if we feel the conditions
are too dangerous for the delivery people. Extremely strong winds, dangerous lightening or ice may prevent us from setting up a safe display. We also will not set up a display in the frozen ground during the winter time due to the extreme weather. We would hope that you would be understanding and we will contact you to reschedule.

Safety information

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your special event, however for safety reasons please adhere to the following safety suggestions:

For the safety of you and your children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the greeting signs. We know the signs are fun, but your children's safety is very important. The signs are NOT toys. They are made of coloplast ( a plastic material) and will not support the weight of a child or large pet.

They have metal rods securing them in the ground, so please DO NOT pull any signs out of the ground.
Please DO NOT attach anything to the signs, including balloons.
Please DO NOT use weedwackers or string trimmers around the signs. Help protect our inventory from damage due to flying debris from a lawnmower.
Please have the grass cut before our crew comes to setup.

Full retail price will be billed to the customer in the unlikely event of damage or item is kept and not returned, or item is moved during the rental period.

Please DO NOT keep any of our signs , they are Kreative Announcements Yard Cards property , please feel free to take as many photographs as possible.

All displays will be paid in full before display is put in a yard. Missing items will be charged to the Billed Account holder.
